Practice Schedule

Practices are held at two locations; ILLINOIS VALLEY YMCA or the Hennepin Park District Swimming Pool

A swimmer is required to attend a minimum of two practices per week to participate in a meet.

Practices begin with "Rookie Week" on September 14, 2009 and are held Monday-Thursday at both practice sites.
